Stress! How to handle it easily! - Chapter 3

Hello all, I hope you have read my previous chapters talking about how to overcome the stress.  
"I am stressed". It's the most common word used by all, even a kid of 8years says, he or she is at stress. Oh, this looks like everyone is at stress. People now start relate everything to stress.
So, we suggested meditation as one of the stress busters. Hope, some of you agree and also tried it out.  Yet, does your stress still continues!  Or, was it difficult to practice meditation.
We all are used to keep talking and suddenly if, someone says not to talk, it appears to be injustice, we get stuck.  You have to be silent, your environment where you do meditation has to be silent. If your mind gasps "Oops, that's difficult". What do we do then?
I suggest an alternative to meditation to calm down your mind. It's listening to the music.  Music is such a phenomenal way to soothify one's mind. All you need to do is to play your favorite music,  just close your eyes and dwell into the music.
Now, it's important that you choose a right jonor of music. The music should please your mind, divert you, from your tensions.  A relaxed mind is like a crystal clear water in the ocean, where you can see through it.
So, let's get some music and try flushing out the stress from your mind.
