Each one may apply at certain point, or, to certain people. Infact, each of us naturally know the answer. In simple ways, you can get relieve from stress, by calming down your mind.
The solution is very easy isn't it. But, practicing it, is the difficult part. So, how do we calm our mind. What are the possible ways, to calm down your mind?
The first and foremost, that comes handy is the meditation. You don't need to go anywhere or buy anything to do meditation. You, just need time for doing this. Learn to meditate and make it a daily practice. There are many books, videos which teach how to meditate. There are yoga centres, which teach meditation.
