We hear this frequently in the offices were bosses uses this word to their subordinates. It might be true. When we are comfortable at something and our life is smooth. Why worry about pain. But, in a long run, it is not worthy.
Everyone have their comfort zone be it home or office and coming out of it is like a butterfly coming out of its pupa. We are actually reborn when we start trying things out of comfort zone.
We always have the habit of referring things, comparing works of others. This is most common quality in all of us. I suggest 3 ways to come out of the comfort zone
1. Be conscious
When you decide to come out of the comfort zone, first and foremost be conscious in your decision. Say to your innerself that you want to come out of comfort zone daily and consciously avoid the usual way you think.
2. Don't worry about Failures
The main reason we remain in comfort zone is that we have a fear of failure, a doubt on self that new way of working may not be successful. We need to be prepared to face the consequence. First attempt may become failed, even second, third attempts may also get failed, but remember determination and multiple attempts can only save you.
3. Start with tiny steps
You cannot change your habits overnight. It is a process and the first step is the tiny step. Set your targets achievable and gradually push your boundaries. Practice makes perfect.
To summarize, The point of stepping out of your comfort zone is to accept new way of living and make up our mind not to stress yourself out. Rewind your moments to reflect on your experiences so you can reap the benefits and apply them to your day to day life. Then it automatically becomes your habit.
